    Description

    We are seeking a Sales Executive with expertise in selling CAD Design software products tailored for specialized industries. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in software sales, with a strong background in both B2B and B2C environments. The candidate should be proficient in cold calling, willing to travel, adept at maintaining forecasts to meet deadlines, and possess excellent communication skills. A graduate degree with proper communication skills and computer literacy is required.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with both B2B and B2C clients in the Surat region.
    • Understand client needs and requirements, and propose appropriate software solutions.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
    • Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, agreements, and pricing structures.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts and reports.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Proven track record of 2-3 years in software sales, with experience in both B2B and B2C environments.
    • Strong cold-calling skills and ability to generate leads independently.
    • Willingness to travel within Surat and nearby regions to meet clients.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
    • Ability to maintain accurate sales forecasts and meet deadlines.
