    Description

    Senior Manager Finance &Accounts Reporting and Analysis:

    • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
    • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Present financial data to senior management and provide insights for decisionmaking.

    Budgeting and Forecasting:

    • Develop annual budgets in collaboration with department heads and senior management.
    • Monitor budget performance and provide regular updates to management.
    • Conduct financial forecasting to anticipate future financial needs and challenges.

    Compliance and Regulatory Reporting:

    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and accounting standards.
    • Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
    • Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities as necessary.

    Team Leadership and Development:

    • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs for staff CA with experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
    • Proven experience (67 years) in a senior finance role, preferably in a managerial capacity.
    • Indepth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills preferred.
