    Description

    Responsibilities :

    Create scalable and automated solutions for problems.

    • Write welltested, autotestable, autodeployable code.
    • Own the project, lead and manage the team, and own communication with the customers.
    On a typical day, you would :

    • Take the project ahead on the technical goals.
    • Mentor the other relatively junior members of the team.
    • Help in growing your team and other teams in the organization by participating in the hiring activities.
    • Ensure effective translation of customer requirements, and business needs to technical solutions.
    • You will work in a team of senior and junior developers, helped by a scrum master to manage the agile ceremonies, working towards quarterly (rolling to annual) targets of the business for the product and business owners.
    • The offshore and onshore software architects will help you and the team align your suggestions on the technical architectures you propose.
    • You will report to the engineering manager of java backend for regular professional growth.
    Requirements :


    6+ years of experience in software development and programming, of which at least 1+ years should be in leading a team of developers.


    • Ready to work from the office.
    • Good skills in problem solving, analytical thinking, data structures, and algorithms.
    • Excellent handson coding in java, springboot, and microservices, with a crisp understanding of the development process using git and code reviews.
    • Excellent handson development using databases (sql/nosql), caches, and eventdriven systems.
    • Handson development using ci, cd, and containerized applications in cloud (azure/google cloud/aws).
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal english.
    • Team player attitude with excellent skills to lead.
    • Passport to travel on a need basis in a suitable environment.
    • Better still if you have a valid us business visa.
    • Worked on highscale distributed systems.
    • Experience in running training and upskilling camps.
    Salary : 15L to 25L
