    Description

    Responsibilities :


    • Provide advanced technical support for Microsoft Intune, including mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex Intune issues, including enrollment failures, application deployment problems, compliance violations, and security concerns.
    • Analyze log files and other data to identify root causes of issues and develop effective resolution strategies.
    • Collaborate with L1 and L2 support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
    • Work directly with clients to understand their needs, provide guidance on best practices, and ensure their Intune deployments meet security and compliance requirements.
    • Document technical solutions, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base articles for internal use and client reference.
    • Stay uptodate on the latest advancements in Intune features, functionalities, and security updates.
    • Proactively monitor Intune environments and identify potential issues before they impact users.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft support teams for advanced issue escalation.
    Qualifications :

    • 58 years of experience in supporting and troubleshooting enterprise mobility management (EMM) solutions, preferably Microsoft Intune.
    • Indepth knowledge of Microsoft Intune architecture, functionalities, and administration tools.
    • Strong understanding of mobile device security concepts and best practices (MDM/MAM).
    • Experience with troubleshooting complex technical issues related to device enrollment, app deployment, compliance policies, and conditional access.
    • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple support tickets simultaneously.
    • Excellent documentation skills.
    • Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing environments.
    • Certifications : Microsoft Intune Certified Support Specialist (MDM) or equivalent experience highly desirable.
