    Role Description :

    • This is a fulltime onsite role located in Goregaon for an Application Support Engineer at Workassist.
    • The Application Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of applications.
    • They will also need to have strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
    • Provide Level 1 production support and manage incident resolution against established SLAs
    • Maintain detailed and uptodate documentation of issues, resolutions of the solution procedure
    • Manage service requests to fulfil business and product support requests
    • Communicate planned/unplanned outages.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client/internal team production issues.
    • Prepare and provide operational and performance dashboards for KPI trending and reporting
    • Become a subject matter expert who provides various teams with an indepth understanding of a product's business and technical aspects.

    Qualifications :

    • Application Support and Technical Support skills
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Troubleshooting ability
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Experience in the recruitment or employment industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
