    Description

    Job Description:

    We are looking for a savvy Procurement Manager to be part of our Global Procurement & Payments team, focusing on Asia Regional Office (ARO) procurement. You'll be crucial in the sourcing and contracting phases, collaborating with ARO business leaders and the global procurement team. Your role involves ensuring compliance with procurement processes and aligning with global sourcing strategies.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Oversee the complete procurement cycle for ARO, from sourcing to finalizing contracts.
    • Assist in sourcing strategic events like RFx's and renewals.
    • Work with legal and business stakeholders to execute contracts.
    • Negotiate with suppliers to resolve issues for timely deliveries and cost-effectiveness.
    • Maintain updated regional procurement policies and procedures.
    • Manage contract and vendor database, tracking renewals and spend.
    • Ensure compliance with governance processes/policies for vendor onboarding.
    • Participate in global initiatives and system implementations.

    What you need to succeed:

    • Experience in contract reviews and understanding typical terms.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
    • Proven leadership abilities and collaboration skills.
    • Work effectively with legal counsel and stakeholders.
    • Flexibility to work with global teams across time zones.
    • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to make informed decisions.
    • Positive attitude with problem-solving capabilities.

    Job Qualifications:

    • University or college degree.
    • 6-8 years of experience in procurement and contract management.
    • Financial Analysis skills with Excel proficiency.
    • Familiarity with purchasing and eSourcing systems.
    • Procurement or Supply Chain certifications are a plus.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
