    As an Manager Production at , you will play a crucial role in overseeing the production process and ensuring the efficient and timely manufacturing of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems and components. This position will require strong leadership, technical, and organizational skills to meet production targets, maintain quality standards, and promote a safe working environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Production Supervision: Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the production floor, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and meet production targets.

    Quality Control: Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure that all HVAC products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.

    Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower, machinery, and materials, to optimize production output while minimizing waste and costs.

    Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.

    Safety Compliance: Enforce and promote a culture of safety within the production department, ensuring that all employees adhere to safety protocols and regulations.

    Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate production processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

    Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control and materials management, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing excess inventory.

    Production Scheduling: Collaborate with the production planning team to develop and maintain production schedules that align with customer demand and company objectives.

    Maintenance and Upkeep: Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery and equipment are properly maintained and operational to avoid downtime.

    Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, key performance indicators, and recommendations for improvements to senior management.

    Cost Management: Monitor and control production expenses to ensure operations remain within budget constraints.

    Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements to ensure the organization adheres to all relevant guidelines.
