    Job Title: B2B Sales and Marketing Specialist

    Overview:

    We're hiring a B2B Sales Executive to drive new business acquisition. The role involves prospecting, engaging with potential clients, and closing deals through effective communication.

    Responsibilities:

    Prospecting:

    Identify potential clients through research and market analysis.

    Generate leads via online research, networking, and industry events.

    Client Engagement:

    Initiate contact through calls, emails, and other channels.

    Present products/services, emphasizing value propositions.

    Understand client needs and tailor offerings accordingly.

    Relationship Building:

    Build and maintain strong client relationships.

    Address inquiries and concerns professionally.

    Sales Negotiation:

    Negotiate terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

    Meet or exceed sales targets and secure contracts.

    Market Feedback:

    Gather market intelligence for product/service enhancements.

    Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.

    Requirements:

    Proven B2B sales experience.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.

    Familiarity with CRM software.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

    Previous experience in B2B sales.
