- In depth understanding of sales of investments (e.g., private equity, real estate). Currently managing an AUM of 500 Cr and above (or real estate sales volume technically equivalent to that as appropriate in the RE industry)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data.
- B2C UHNI client management experience
