    Job Overview

    We are looking for a proactive and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team at DCS Group. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the education or consulting industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong networking and client relationship-building skills.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
    • Good knowledge of the Bengaluru market and its industry trends.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
    • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiate contracts with clients.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
    • Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management.
    • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales processes and strategies.
