- On-call responsibility on a rotation basis is required once the candidate is up to speed.
- Work would be in Energy and manufacturing functional area.
- Flexible to work in Maintenance/Support Development Projects
- Execute various forms of testing – unit, system, regression, integration, performance, volume.
- Experience in code management and versioning methodologies.
- Participate in scaling the team by training others on RALLY & RDB
- Bachelors or master's in engineering or mathematics is preferred,experience in RALLY, RDB
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced troubleshooting& scripting skills (Debugging & scripting skills required)
- Superior customer service mindset
- Good to have knowledge of Production support activities (added advantage)
- Ability to analyze data.
- The ability to communicate, friendly and cultural behavior during customer contact.
