    Description

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • engineering concepts for High Voltage Systems, for reduced losses and enhanced Safety.
    • requirements and specifications for HV Safety Systems.
    • High Voltage Architecture of eVehicle.
    • grounding and fusing concepts.
    • of Functional Safety (ISO26262), defining Safety goals, HARA, ASIL ratings, etc.
    • and development of HV Safety Systems, Architecture and relevant eComponents as per Cost, Quality and Timeline targets for all projects and PoCs.
    • testing and release from system to Hardware-in-Loop.
    • Assessment at system and vehicle-level.
    • technology road map for HV Safety Systems.
    • knowledge and understanding of
    • Battery, BMS, Motor, Inverters, Power Distribution Unit and other eComponents of an Electric Vehicle.
    • of Current, Voltage, Temperature, SoC, SoH, Life cycles.
    • rate, Discharge rate, Isolation and Insulation Monitoring.
    • configuration and HV cables and LV connection to eComponents.

    Technical Skill Set Required

    • knowledge and understanding of High Voltage Systems.
    • on knowledge of High Voltage Safety and Architecture.
    • on experience on eComponent installation.
    • understanding and experience of testing at component, system and vehicle-level.
    • experience in DFMEA, DVP and 8D.
    • experience in AIS standards, safety standards and other standards across the globe.
    • understanding of Functional Safety (ISO26262).
    • in UG-NX with hands-on experience in 3D and 2D along with GD&T.
    • of Commercial Vehicle Development process.
    • experience in Electric Vehicle.

    Soft Skills Required

    • of and experienced in leading a small team.
    • communication, interpersonal and co-ordination skills.
    • good skill in explaining technical concepts in power-point presentations.

    • to learn and passionate to achieve.

    Qualifications:

    Mechanical Engineering/ Automobile Engineering / Equivalent Degree.

    Professional Experience:

    6-12 years of experience in relevant industry (Commercial vehicle industry preferable).
