We have an immediate opening for SmartCOMM/ Thunderhead Production support-Bangalore.
Minimum 3 – 7 years of SmartCOMM/thunderhead experience
• A sound knowledge of Derivative products like Options, EQ Swaps, Variance, Dividend etc.
Responsibilities
Develop an end-to-end understanding of the production landscape to be able to resolve tickets in a timely manner
Monitor the overall production processes such as daily checks, open tickets and aging of issues
Drive the meetings with stakeholders on production tickets through weekly governance calls
Collaborate with Feature team and ensure seamless transition from development to production
Focus on Continuous improvement – process, response, and resolution time for tickets
Identify and Build various KPI's for production metrics to be used in the steering committee with Business Stake Holders
Good understanding of ITRM topics and experience in creating strategies by collaborating with Internal & external Stake Holders to take the topics to closure
Build strong relationship with the global team across multiple geographies
Profile Required
A minimum of 4+ years of experience in Application Support.
