    Description

    Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

    1. Develop and execute strategic PR and communication plans to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

    2. Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure positive coverage.

    3. Create engaging press releases, media pitches, and content for various platforms.

    4. Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and risks.

    5. Coordinate press events, interviews, and media inquiries.

    6. Manage social media channels to amplify key messages and engage with the audience.

    7. Monitor and note insights and performance of content.

    8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to ensure alignment of messaging and objectives.

    9. Track and analyze PR and communication metrics to evaluate effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. .

    10. Attend key events and create content for various Social Media channels, Align with brand partners for digital deliverables.

    11. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in PR and communication.

    Skills Required


    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


    • Years of Exp: 1+ years of Experience.


    • Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities


    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms.


    • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.


    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


    • Experience in the Agencies


    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

    Timings: 10.00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday - Friday) 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM (WFH Saturdays)
