    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our team.

    As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end campaigns, compiling a comprehensive email database, generating leads, and monitoring campaign performance. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle bulk campaigns efficiently.

    Roles and Responsibilities :- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to reach potential customers and generate leads.
    - Compile and maintain a robust database of email addresses for campaign outreach.
    - Utilize various channels and tools for lead generation, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
    - Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and make necessary adjustments to optimize campaign effectiveness.
    - Manage bulk campaign handling, ensuring a minimum of 10,000 emails are sent per day.
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align campaign strategies with overall business objectives.
    - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the campaign management and lead generation.
    Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
    - Proven experience of a minimum 2 years in campaign management, email marketing, and lead generation.
    - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
    - Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
    - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    - Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
