    Overview:

    This position is a midsenior level full time position whoseprincipal aim is to help to enhance early childhood education inthe state.

    The Senior Program Manager will report to Program Leadand be responsible for the recruitment supervision and developmentof 35 statewide programmanagers.


    KeyResults 1. Earlychildhood education provides improved outcomes forchildren.2. Newstate policies are created to ensure and guarantee theimprovements.3.Anganwadi workers and parents increase their skill levels aseducators.4. Thenew program team is made up of high performers devoted to thecause.

    KeyActivities 1.Assist the government in charting a roadmap for early childhoodeducation in thestate.2. Buildstrong relationships with the state and district govtstakeholders.3.Translate data from the field into insights. Create goals based onthose insights broken down into small actionable milestones.4. Hold regularmeetings to collaborate with govt partners understand their workand build personalrelationships.5.


    Beclose to the customers:

    meet regularly with the children theirparents anganwadi workers district and block level officials andbuildrelationships.6.Hire train and grow a team of colleagues committed to their ownlearning and ensure communication among team members is frequentandeffective.
