    Description

    Role/ Job Title: Acquisition Manager-TFx

    Function/ Department: Retail Liabilities

    Job Purpose:

    Incumbent of this role will be responsible for driving the acquisition of MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) clients and managing their trade and forex requirements. He/She will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, building strong relationships, and achieving business targets related to trade and forex services.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and acquire new MSME clients for trade and forex services through various channels, including market research, networking, referrals, and cold calling
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships in the initial period with new to bank clients and prospective clients, understanding their business needs, and offering customized trade and forex solutions
  • Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of our trade and forex products and services, staying updated with industry trends and regulations to effectively advise clients on the most suitable solutions
  • Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell other financial products and services to MSME clients, collaborating with relevant teams to maximize revenue generation
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, industry trends related to trade and forex services, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies, conducting due diligence on clients, and implementing risk mitigation strategies to maintain a healthy portfolio
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development, operations, and customer support, to ensure smooth service delivery and address client queries or issues effectively

    • Education Qualification:

    Graduation: Any Graduate

    Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
