Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling queries from clients once they are onboarded.
Coordinate with the merchants for flawless documentation and Website. Documenting the same for official purposes.
Coordinate with different departments like Finance, Legal, and marketing team to smoothen the process for faster onboarding of merchants.
Maintain Weekly New Transacting reports for the Sales team
Understanding of CRM & internal tools to record merchant information.
Preparing Sales reports on a daily basis.
Performing Stakeholder and escalation management
Manage merchant queries related to Financial forms/ documents
Follow up on the Agreement/Addendum from merchants.
Managing the offer vigilance and tracking visibility quotient
Ensure the adequacy of Sales related equipment
Sharing Transaction reports with merchants via SFTP.
Mapping of Simpl's visibility for weeks after golive.
