Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for handling queries from clients once they are onboarded.
  • Coordinate with the merchants for flawless documentation and Website. Documenting the same for official purposes.
  • Coordinate with different departments like Finance, Legal, and marketing team to smoothen the process for faster onboarding of merchants.
  • Maintain Weekly New Transacting reports for the Sales team
  • Understanding of CRM & internal tools to record merchant information.
  • Preparing Sales reports on a daily basis.
  • Performing Stakeholder and escalation management
  • Manage merchant queries related to Financial forms/ documents
  • Follow up on the Agreement/Addendum from merchants.
  • Managing the offer vigilance and tracking visibility quotient
  • Ensure the adequacy of Sales related equipment
  • Sharing Transaction reports with merchants via SFTP.
  • Mapping of Simpl's visibility for weeks after golive.
