    Description:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Academic Counsellorto join our team at TENAI. The ideal candidate will have 45 yearsof relevant experience in academic counselling and a strongbackground ineducation.
    JobResponsibilities:
    • Provideacademic advising and guidance to students on course selectiondegree requirements and academicpolicies.
    • Assist students in developingacademic plans and setting educational goals based on theirinterests strengths and careeraspirations.
    • Guide students through the visaprocess and documentation required for study abroadprograms.
    • Conduct thorough assessments ofstudents academic backgrounds interests and aspirations to offertailored guidance.
    • Stay updated on the latesttrends and developments in the field of overseas education andstudy abroad programs.
    • Collaborate effectivelywith the admissions team and other departments to ensure seamlessstudent support services.
    • Maintain accuraterecords of student interactions and progress throughout thecounselling process.
    • Participate in trainingsessions and professional development activities to enhancecounselling skills andknowledge.

    KeyRequirements:
    • Graduationdegree in a relevant field.
    • Proven experienceof 45 years in academic counselling preferably in the educationsector.
    • Strong knowledge of overseas educationopportunities and study abroadprograms.
    • Familiarity with visa processes anddocumentation requirements for study abroadprograms.
    • Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills.
    • Ability to workindependently as well as collaboratively within ateam.
    • Exceptional organizational skills andattention to detail.
    • Passion for helpingstudents achieve their academic and careeraspirations.
