    RoleOverview:

    AnHR Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the HR departmentin various administrative and coordination tasks to ensure thesmooth functioning of human resources operations. They will act asa liaison between employees and HR management handling daytoday HRprocesses and providing support in areas such as recruitmentonboarding employee relations and recordkeeping.

    andnbsp;KeyResponsibilities:

    • Assistingin the recruitment process by scheduling interviews coordinatingwith candidates and maintaining recruitmentrecords.
    • Creating jobdescriptions posting job openings on various platforms andassisting in the screening ofresumes.
    • Coordinatingnew employee onboarding including preparing orientation materialsand assisting in the completion of new hirepaperwork.
    • Ensuring apositive onboarding experience for newhires.
    • Maintaining andupdating employee records ensuring accuracy andconfidentiality.
    • ManagingHR databases and filingsystems.
    • Assisting inbenefits administration including enrollment changes and addressingemployeeinquiries.
    • Coordinatingwellness programs and other employee benefitsinitiatives.
    • Addressinggeneral employee inquiries and providing information on HR policiesandprocedures.
    • Assistingin the resolution of minor employee issues orconflicts.
    • Coordinatingtraining sessions and development programs foremployees.
    • Trackingemployee training records and ensuringcompliance.
    • Assistingin ensuring compliance with HR laws andregulations.
    • Assistingin generating HR reports and Human ResourcePlanning.
    • CoordinatingHR events meetings and training sessions and assisting inorganizing employee engagementactivities.
    • Providinggeneral administrative support to the HRdepartment.

    Requirements:

    • 2years of working in Human Resources Administration orRecruitment.
    • Highattention to detail and accuracy inrecordkeeping.
    • Excellentorganizational and multitaskingabilities.
    • Strongability in using MSOffice.
    • Ability towork with ATSsoftware.
    • Indepthunderstanding of sourcing tools like resume databases and onlinecommunities.
    • Outstandingcommunication and interpersonalskills.
    • Ability tohandle data withconfidentiality.
