    About the role:

    The Support Team Lead is responsible for the IT Production quality of his aligned Project Team / Group of Applications / Value stream. He ensures Production processes and practices are properly applied on daily basis by all resources in charge of IT Production across the team. He/she manages the relationship with his aligned business, and he is responsible of his users' satisfaction. His/her responsibility covers all Global Markets IT systems and infrastructure used by his aligned Project team(s) on Production environment. He/she is focused on his team's Support Backlog health monitoring and on reducing its team recurrent workload, using all existing leverages (dev prioritization, robotization, Chatbot)

    Main responsibilities and duties of the role:

    • Steers daily IT Production status- Ensures Major Incident / Incident / Request / Problem & Knowledge management processes are applied as well as tracking Data Quality following Production Governance standards.
    • Coaches the Support team/chapter resources and manages team staffing – Ensures Production ceremonies are held and efficient - He/she manages Support practices across the team/Subdomain and ensures their consistency
    • Ensures Production resiliency- Is responsible for time shifts, on-duty and WE/Bank holidays coverage. Is supporting Change management process, ensuring Changes are released smoothly accordingly to Business constraints
    • Manages business relationship- Ensures IT interaction quality on Production with his aligned business. Major Events and end to end business process coordination. Manage IT Production reporting and Service Level management. Manager Transversal Business escalations on Production. Manage governance with Business

    Job Qualification (education, years of experience and other soft skills):

    • Education- Degree (Finance/IT)
    • Years of experience- 12+ Years
    • Mindset- focused
    • Methodology- ITIL, Agile
    • Functional & Technical skills

    Mandatory requirement – Strong expertise in either Calypso, Summit or ION Marketview.

    Functional and Technical understanding of his Business stakes and teams technical specs.

    Technical skills (SQL, Python, XML, Script shell, Jira, etc.)

    Familiarity with Graffana, Splunk, Theia, Zabbix

    • Strong Leadership skills, Communication skills, empathy, courage, transparency.
