- Proficiency inHRIS and other HRrelated software.
- Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills.
- Abilityto maintain confidentiality and handle sensitiveinformation.
- Experience in employee relationsand conflict resolution.
- Proven organizationaland time management abilities.
- Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills.
- Abilityto work effectively in a team andindependently.
- Certification in HR (e.g. SHRMCPPHR) is preferred.
