    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our IT services company.

    The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the business by identifying new opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and expanding our customer base.

    The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to achieve revenue and business objectives.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Market Research and Opportunity Identification:
    Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and emerging opportunities for front end and backend technologies, AI/ML, IOT and BLE & ERP-CRM-SCM solutions
    Analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to position our IT services favorably in the market- US, Canada, UK, EU, Australia and MENA region

    Lead Generation and Prospecting:
    Generate leads through various channels, including Bidding Portals- Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn- Sales Navigator, Apollo, Email marketing etc.
    Qualify leads and assess their suitability for our services based on client needs and company capabilities.

    Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and pain points.
    Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

    Proposal Development and Presentation:
    Collaborate with technical teams to create tailored proposals and solutions that address clients' specific requirements.
    Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that effectively communicate the value of our IT services to potential clients.

    Sales and Revenue Generation:
    Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
    Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements, working closely with legal and finance teams.

    Pipeline Management:
    Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, utilizing CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales progress.
    Forecast sales targets and report on sales activities, providing regular updates to senior management.

    Collaboration and Coordination:
    Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns and initiatives that support business development efforts.
    Coordinate with technical teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project implementation.

    Industry Networking:
    Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand professional networks and represent the company's interests.
