    Business Development Manager

    Experience Required:
    5-10 years


    What you will do:
    Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the customer base of our portfolio companies and achieve sales targets.
    Identify and prioritize new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
    Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    Lead the negotiation and closing of business deals and contracts.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to drive business growth.
    Develop and deliver presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products or services.
    Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
    Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
    Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities and results.


    Our ideal candidate:

    Functional Skills:
    5-10 years experience in a sales/business development role
    Experience in SAAS BD/sales in supply chain area
    Bachelor's/Marketing degree in Marketing/Business Management
    Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
    Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
    Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
    Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to close complex deals.

    Leadership Skills:
    Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and stakeholders.
    Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
    Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
    Proactive attitude and highly enthusiastic
