    Job Title : Business Development Officer

    Education: MBA or BBA Graduate

    Experience: 1 Year+

    Salary: 4 LPA – 6 LPA + Incentive

    Location: (Paschim Vihar) Delhi & NCR

    Job Description:

     Individual responsible for identifying, developing, and potentially closing new revenue and profit streams

     Preparing strategies for overall business

     Identify opportunities, research their requirements, conduct primary research, present proposals, negotiate and close deals

     Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients

     Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

     Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

     Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

     Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

     Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

    Requirements:

     Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role

     Individual with outstanding English communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal and presentation skills.

     Experience in customer support is a plus

     Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)

     Should have good Market knowledge

     Good Communication and negotiation skills

     Ability to build rapport

     Time management and planning skill
