    Job Overview

    We are hiring for the position of Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition at Podar Education Network. This is a mid-level role with 5 to 7 years of experience. As an Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring the acquisition of top talent for our organization. The job location is Parel, Maharashtra, India. This is a full-time position with excellent growth opportunities.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 5 to 7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
    • Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment process.
    • Strong knowledge of global talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in using HRIS and recruitment software.
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Good understanding of salary negotiations and market trends.
    • Experience in strategic hiring and talent management.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions in the organization.
    • Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, etc.
    • Screen and shortlist resumes based on the job requirements.
    • Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
    • Conduct reference checks and background verification.
    • Negotiate and finalize job offers.
    • Maintain recruitment databases and track recruitment metrics.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
    • Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires.
    • Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
