    Description

    CricClubs is a dynamic startup revolutionizing the way cricket enthusiasts engage with the sport globally. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead to join our innovative team in Hyderabad, India. As a Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading and mentoring a team of developers while driving the development of cutting-edge solutions using Java technologies.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with project goals and timelines.
    2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient software solutions.
    3. Utilize your expert knowledge in Java technologies to architect robust and maintainable codebases.
    4. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
    5. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and software development methodologies.
    6. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
    7. Drive innovation and stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
    8. Manage project priorities, resource allocation, and task assignments effectively to meet project deadlines.
    9. Contribute to the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
    10. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and ensure successful project delivery.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    2. Proven experience (at least 2 years) as a Team Lead or Senior Developer in a fast-paced software development environment.
    3. Expertise in Java technologies, with a deep understanding of Java frameworks and libraries.
    4. Strong proficiency in relational databases such as MySQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
    5. Experience with front-end development using Angular or ReactJS is highly desirable.
    6. Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS services.
    7. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    8. Ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic startup environment.
    9. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    10. Previous experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
