    Responsibilities:Material Inspection:Conduct thoroughinspection of all incoming materials during inwardprocessing.Maintain detailed records ofmaterial inspections usingExcel.
    Quality Instruments:Utilize various qualityinstruments including Vernier calipers and gauges to ensureaccurate measurements andadherence tospecifications.
    Calibration Management:Update and maintaincalibration reports for all relevantinstruments.Ensure the proper calibration ofinstruments used in quality controlprocesses.
    Customer Quality Management:Handle customerquality requirements and maintain effective communication to meetcustomer expectations.Address customerconcerns and implement corrective actions asneeded.
    Documentation:Maintain Pre DispatchInspection Reports and Material Test Certificates in accordancewith established standards.Ensure compliancewith stainless steel grades and other materialspecifications.
    ISO 9001:2015 Audits:Possess expertise inhandling ISO 9001:2015 audits.Ensureadherence to quality management systemstandards.
    CAPA/8D Reports:Develop and submitCorrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) and 8Dreports.Implement corrective measures toprevent quality issues fromrecurring.
    Root Cause Analysis:Conduct thorough rootcause analysis for rejected materials.Reportfindings to top management and propose effectivesolutions.
    NonConformance Material:Managenonconformance materials and initiate Purchase Returns whennecessary.Work towards minimizingnonconformanceinstances.
    OEM Specific Requirements:Handle and fulfillOEMspecific customer requirements for orderfulfillment.Ensure compliance with uniquecustomer qualitystandards.
    Customer Complaint Reduction:Implementstrategies to reduce customer complaints and enhance overallcustomer satisfaction.Continuously monitorand improve processes to meet customerexpectations.Qualifications:
    • Bachelorsdegree in a relevant field (e.g. Quality ManagementEngineering).
    • Proven experience in a similarrole within the manufacturing industry.
    • Indepthknowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and quality controlprocesses.
    • Familiarity with stainless steelgrades and materials.
    • Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills.
    • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to lead andmanage a teameffectively.
