1.


Procurement Support:


  • Assist senior procurement officers in the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, and conducting market research.
  • Review purchase requisitions and identify appropriate procurement methods.

2.


Vendor Relations:


  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to request quotes, negotiate terms, and establish strong business relationships.
  • Assess vendor performance and provide feedback to senior officers.

3.


Purchase Orders:


  • Prepare purchase orders accurately, ensuring that they meet company policies and legal requirements.
  • Verify purchase order details, including product specifications, quantities, and pricing.

4.


Cost Analysis:


  • Assist in cost analysis and price comparisons to identify costsaving opportunities.
  • Evaluate supplier proposals and negotiate favorable terms.

5.


Inventory Management:


  • Collaborate with the inventory and warehouse teams to maintain adequate stock levels and minimize surplus or shortages.
  • Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure timely reordering.

6.


Compliance:


  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and relevant regulations.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and standards.

7.


Documentation:


  • Maintain organized records of purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports on procurement activities.

8.


Quality Assurance:


  • Work with quality control teams to ensure that purchased items meet required quality and safety standards.
  • Address any qualityrelated issues with suppliers.

9.


Cost Control:


  • Assist in monitoring and controlling procurementrelated costs and expenses.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize costs without compromising quality.

Qualifications:


  • A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred but not always required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
  • Problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new procurement procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹22, ₹30,000.00 per month
