    Job Role:- Public Relations Manager

    Location:- Noida

    What is this role?

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PR Professional to join our team as an Associate Manager PR. The ideal candidate should possess 3- 5 years of industry experience and demonstrate proficiency in internal and external stakeholder management, media relations, crisis management, research and analysis, creative content writing, storytelling, visual storytelling through presentations, and operational excellence.

    What you'll do:

    • Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively, fostering positive relationships.
    • Facilitate inter-departmental communication to ensure alignment and collaboration.
    • Craft compelling brand narratives and stories to engage audiences effectively.
    • Develop internal and external communications materials, including press releases, presentations, and research documents.
    • Demonstrate creative thinking and stay abreast of industry trends to inform PR strategies.
    • Conduct research and data analysis to inform decision-making and measure PR effectiveness.
    • Possess a solid understanding of data and its implications for PR strategies.
    • Proficient in English and Hindi writing to cater to diverse audiences.
    • Navigate and understand the media landscape to optimize PR efforts.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in Public Relations or a related field.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Familiarity with AI tools for research purposes.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
