    Job Overview

    We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Field Sales Executive to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and is a full-time role.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
    • Proven track record of success in field sales
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
    • Self-motivated and target-oriented
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
    • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Identify and target potential clients in the assigned territory
    • Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
    • Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
    • Negotiate and close sales deals
    • Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
    • Provide regular updates on sales activities and pipeline
    • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement sales plans
