    Vice President- Transaction Banking , Lending & Securities Services - Mumbai (8+ Years)


    Looking for an experienced individual in Transaction Banking, Lending & Securities Services to take charge of building estimates and conducting benchmarking analysis for corporate and investment banks.

    Responsibilities include creating models for key performance metrics, explaining market trends, organizing and analyzing data, and forecasting KPIs. The role involves client interaction, project management, and team leadership.


    Required qualifications include an MBA or postgraduate degree in analytical fields, professional certifications like CFA or FRM, 3-4 years of team management experience, strong quantitative skills, familiarity with financial research, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

    Fluency in English, knowledge of global capital markets, and excellent time management are essential.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop estimates and benchmarking analyses for corporate and investment banks using industry and financial research.
    • Construct models to estimate key performance metrics and market sizes for transaction banking products.
    • Analyze market trends, drivers, and revenue fluctuations to provide actionable insights.
    • Synthesize data using structured methodologies and frameworks, conducting quantitative analysis as needed.
    • Model relationships between macroeconomic indicators and banking performance metrics to forecast key KPIs.
    • Update and refine models based on qualitative and quantitative information.
    • Collaborate with global teams to support client initiatives and strategic decisionmaking.
    • Conduct indepth research using a variety of resources and techniques.
    • Communicate research findings through structured endproducts.
    • Manage workflow, team members, and project timelines effectively.
    • Lead process improvement and skill development initiatives.

    Requirements:

    • MBA or postgraduate degree in business management, statistics, economics, or related fields.
    • Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, CAIA are a plus.
    • 3 to 4 years of experience in managing teams.
    • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
    • Prior experience in financial research or analytics.
    • Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Familiarity with financial information services
