    JobBrief:

    We areseeking an experienced Manager in Human Resources with 812 years ofcomprehensive expertise to lead the Operations and generalist rolewithin our organisation. This position will directly collaboratewith the founders spearheading HR operations while ensuringalignment with companyobjectives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Leadand execute HR strategies aligned with the company s goals workingclosely with the founders to drive HRinitiatives.

    • Spearheadedseamless onboarding experiences and managed employee documentationensuring accuracy andcompliance.
    • Directlysupervise payroll activities ensuring precision and adherence tostatutoryrequirements.
    • Developand implement engaging employee programs fostering a positive workculture.
    • Designrewards recognition initiatives and company events to enhanceemployeesatisfaction.
    • Leadthe performance management cycle setting clear goals and devisingimprovementplans.
    • Promotea culture of continuous improvement and development within theworkforce.
    • Drivethe drafting and updating of HR policies in line with regulationsand organizationalneeds.
    • Ensurestrict labour law adherence updated documentation and promptlyaddressinggrievances.
    • Organizeand conduct impactful training programs to elevate employee skillsets andproductivity.
    • Demonstrateadept handling of HRMS functionalities to streamline HRprocesses.


    Requirements

    • Bachelors/Master s degree in Human Resources or relatedfield.
    • 812years of progressive HR operations experience ideally in amanagerialcapacity.
    • Provenleadership in operations and generalist roles working directly withorganizationalleadership.
    • Stronggrasp and application of HRMSfunctionalities.
    • Expertisein employee engagement performance management andcompliance.
    • Excellentcommunication organizational skills and keen attention todetail.


    Job Description We are looking for a highly analytical Paid Mediaexpert. In this position, you will be responsible for ideating,managing teams and optimizing all paid media ads. Your central goalis to help generate quality leads across all digital advertisingplatforms and manage the media budget. We are looking for someonewho has previously managed a team of 2 - 3 advertisers and is moreof a manager than a paid media ad operator. In addition to being agreat communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent analyticalskills for continuous data-driven optimization.As part of anorganization, you will play a critical role in bringing sales tothe company. Responsibilities and Duties: Develop, execute, manageand analyze all aspects of the company s paid marketing strategyacross the following channels: Google, Youtube, Facebook &Instagram. Create and manage campaigns on Google Ads (Search,Display, Video), Facebook Ads Manager, Bing Ads, Quora Ads &Linkedin Ads Manager. Do consumer profiling to define TargetAudience & draw Consumer insights & map digital touchpointsfor all Paid Media Channels. Write and test strong adcopies/content for all platforms. Be proficient in MS Excel &Google Sheets for any type of database cleaning before uploadingthem to the Facebook custom audience. Monitor and analyzecross-channel (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Bing, etc) tracking& conversions in our CRM to optimize media buying and identifynew growth opportunities. Monitor and analyze metrics on allchannels (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Bing, etc) to track campaignperformance, targets and goals, including providing detailed ROIanalysis and forecasting based on the Ad spends. Giving a brief tothe designer on how the creative/video will look for any paid mediachannel. Ideate and strategize landing page content for leadgeneration and ads. Have a knack for on-page and off-page SEO &an overall understanding of Digital Marketing.
