    About Role:

    We are looking for experienced Inside Sales professionals (US Market), who share our passion and drive, to join our team and open the doors to fantastic new opportunities that will allow us to take the business to the next level.

    This is the Full Time opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about growing with a Technology driven organization in an amicable environment and having a key role in the process.

    • Location: Noida
    • Designation: BDE/Sr. BDE/Asst Manager/Manager/Sr. Manager [Business Development]
    • Experience Required: 2 to 5 years
    • Mode: Hybrid (should be comfortable to visit Office when required)
    • Shift: EST (6:30 pm-2:30am)
    • Workdays: 5

    Job Description

    • Making/doing cold calls and Lead generation (B2B clients).
    • Should have experience in qualifying prospects and target audiences.
    • Perform extensive research to qualify contacts for lead creation purposes.
    • Obtain and generate leads and set new meetings with prospective US clients in the IT field.
    • Make cold calls to leads generated from trade shows, networking, strategic accounts, prospective clients, etc.
    • Manage the entire new business development pipeline from initial sales call through closure.
    • Build and manage relationships with a target list of direct clients and partners at all levels - "C" level, as well as operational/managerial levels.
    • Assist in building a client base of qualified contacts. Maintain performance standards and increase the pipeline for future business.
    • Assist with the management of client accounts by attending/shadowing meetings, sending correspondence, and/or communicating with clients and resolving any issues.

    Desired Candidate Profile:

    • Bachelor/Masters degree in Business or related field preferred.
    • Social networking sourcing skills preferred Strong internet skills including a variety of web-based applications. Strong MS Office experience and strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills Increased level of business knowledge.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet target deadlines while multi-tasking and handling variegated projects synchronously.
    • Outstanding relationship-building, negotiation, and time-management skills.
    • Must be comfortable with cold-calling and engaging people.
    • Must be comfortable working night shifts.
    • Efficient communication skills with an ability to build liasoning with clients and stakeholders.
    • Proven sales record of accomplishment.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce
