    Opportunity Overview :

    • We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Researcher to join our innovative team, focusing on deepening our understanding of user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
    • This role involves conducting primary research, exploring user behavior, and working with design, product management, and marketing teams to inform product strategies.
    • Your expertise will be crucial in delivering insights that shape user experience across our digital platforms.

    Key Responsibilities :

    Research Design & Execution : Lead the development and execution of comprehensive UX research plans, employing a variety of methodologies such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic studies to gather actionable insights.


    Collaborative Analysis :

    Work closely with product teams to analyze research findings, translating data into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations that influence product design and strategy.


    Stakeholder Engagement :
    Act as a key advisor to senior leadership, providing insights that inform product direction and design decisions.

    • Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to disseminate research findings across teams.

    Advocacy & Innovation :
    Champion the importance of user-centered design and research throughout the organization.

    • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging research tools and methodologies, continuously innovating our approach to UX research.

    Impact Measurement :


    Develop metrics and methods for assessing the impact of UX changes on the user experience and business outcomes, ensuring our strategies align with user needs and company goals.


    What You'll Bring :

    • A strong foundation in UX research, with 5+ years of experience leading research projects in a dynamic, fastpaced environment.
    • Proficiency in a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, with a proven track record of applying insights to drive product innovation.
    • Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing decisionmaking at all levels within the organization and articulating design rationale to stakeholders.
    • A collaborative spirit, with experience working closely with design, engineering, and product management teams to craft usercentered solutions.
