    Description

    The Role

    The Associate Account Manager in Publisher Client Services will play a significant role in developing strategies, processes, and communication to drive TripleLift Publisher's success. This position offers a great opportunity to impact market growth. The ideal candidate will have the ability to swiftly learn and solve complex problems. They will also have the chance to learn about Supply Partner monetization strategies and gain operational experience while fostering client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Foster and Expand Publisher Networks: Cultivate and expand relationships with top-tier publisher accounts, understanding their needs and aspirations deeply.
    • Strategic Consultation: Offer tailored strategies to help publishers achieve their goals and unlock revenue opportunities.
    • Data-Driven Optimizations: Utilize data analytics to identify optimization opportunities and stay ahead with solutions.
    • Product Mastery: Become an expert in TripleLift's publisher tools and offerings to provide consultation.
    • Collaborative Excellence: Work closely with teams to drive projects and initiatives forward.
    • Ongoing Education and Support: Keep publishers informed about product updates and enhancements to maximize their benefits.
    • Innovation Advocacy: Lead the adoption of new offerings and contribute to company initiatives.
    • Marketplace Integrity: Maintain marketplace quality standards by vetting publishers and ensuring a trustworthy environment.
    • Responsive Support: Address publisher inquiries promptly to show commitment to their success.

    Requirements

    • Proficiency in G-suite, Excel, Powerpoint or similar tools.
    • Experience in digital advertising.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Proactive and able to drive projects independently.
    • Desire for continuous learning and improvement.
    • Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
    • Experience with HTML and CSS is a plus.
    • Fluency in English, second language desirable.
    • 1-3 years of experience.
