    Description

    We are looking for a skilled Inventory Process Associate to be responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.

    Responsibilities:-

    • Validate daily transaction details of Inventory movement and segregate receipts and ship-out details based on type of Transaction.
    • Validate that details of Inventory received at warehouse is matching with supplier Invoices accounted and variance, if any, report to Inventory controller at operation and take necessary action on transaction.
    • Regular follow-up on accruals and claims & Disputes account details to reduce the ageing items.
    • Verifying accuracy of Food costs and highlight disputes, if any.
    • Need to advise AP team for accounting the Credit note received from supplier for supplier shortage and damage.
    • Preparation of Inventory movement on weekly basis.
    • Work with operations and QA teams to rectify the variance between supplier Invoice quantity and receipts quantity.
    • Reconciling inventory schedule to the general ledger.
    • Preparing monthly journal entries as needed.

    Requirements

    • Proven working experience as Inventory Associate.
    • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and Inventory.
    • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
    • Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
    • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
    • Proficiency in English and in MS Office
    • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Masters degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
