    Senior Marketing Specialist – Data and AI

    Job Description:


    NutaNXT is looking for a self-driven and ambitious Senior Marketing Specialist with 3-6 years of relevant marketing experience at a Data, AI, Digital Engineering or SaaS company and an aspiration to grow and make an impact in the data-driven marketing and performance marketing sphere.


    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • You will be responsible for leading the company's integrated branding strategy across LinkedIn and other Digital platforms while scaling up our execution to bring in a datadriven performance marketing approach.
    • You must have a proven track record of delivering LinkedIn marketing and branding objectives and targets by driving relevant metrics and marketing performance across various dimensions such as brand awareness, Thought Leadership, events, demand generation, corporate communications, employer branding, etc.
    • Proficiency in related marketing areas such as web content and how this links to effective social media strategy execution with exposure to related tools including SEO, Google Analytics, etc. Must have ability to build, plan, and implement the overall digital marketing strategy.
    • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve marketing objectives and business goals.
    • Create and manage corporate social media accounts, including highquality content creation, scheduling, and engagement, to drive brand awareness, engagement, etc.
    • Specialized experience in scaling LinkedIn Marketing and Email Campaigns is a plus. Develop an implementation model and strategy to optimize and integrate CRM processes of the organization to improve the sales & marketing lead cycle.
    • Stay uptodate with industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies to continuously improve campaign performance.
    • Manage and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms, to maximize ROI.Monitor and manage Digital performance across channels, suggesting improvements to SEO, SEM, and user experience, to drive traffic and conversions. Responsible for Employee Branding initiatives and goto person for senior management media engagement or eventbased marketing initiatives.
    • Stay uptodate with industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies to continuously improve campaign performance.
    • Manage organic social media, including ownership for monthly content and conferences/events calendars, etc.
    • Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is positioned as a Technologyleader in our core industry segment.

    Key Experience and Skills Required:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, or a related field.
    • Familiar with relevant marketing tools: G Suite, MS Office 365, SharePoint, Hubspot, Mailchimp, ChatGPT, Canva, Figma, Power Platform, Hootsuite, APN Portal, Wordpress, Inshot, Windows Movie Maker, Creative StudioProven experience of at least (2+ years) Digital marketing, including client management and social media management
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and analytics
    • Expertise in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and familiarity with social media management tools
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make datadriven marketing decisions
    • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver results
