    Job Overview

    We are hiring an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our company executives. The role includes managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail. This is a full-time position based in Cochin, Kerala, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    MBA Qualification is a must

    • Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in managing calendars and scheduling
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
    • Familiarity with business operations and terminology
    • Proficient in oral and written communication
    • Tech-savvy with knowledge of office software and tools

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain executives' calendars, including scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events
    • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
    • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets
    • Conduct research and gather information as requested
    • Provide general administrative support, such as filing, scanning, and record-keeping
    • Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
