RESPONSIBILITIES

Counsellingprospective students and guiding them about the different UG& PG courses offered.
Counsellingthrough Data Calling online chat server.
Advisestudents on specific degree programs and admissionprocedures.
Collect the feedback from theparticipants and consolidate the same.
Handlingqueries over telephone
Converting leads toadmissions.
Recording and maintaining andcalling on given leads
Maintaining telephonicand walkin record for theday

ELIGIBILITY:

Excellentwritten and verbal communications.
Goodknowledge of the courses and ready to work as perrequirement.
Comfortable working as per theroaster split offs.
Well versed with abackground in the management industry.
Mustpossess thorough knowledge of institutions and programsoffered.
Should maintain a professional workenvironment.
Comfortable working as per theroaster split offs.
Capable of shouldering avariety of responsibilities.
Full of energymultitasking abilities and result oriented nature and takesinitiative.
Candidates should be only frominstitute(s) /Edtech /University(s) which deal in UG & PGcourses.
Experience from Edtech industry wouldbepreferred.

Desiredcandidate should have similar workexperience.
