    About the Role :


    Are you eager to launch your career as a ServiceNow Developer? We are seeking a motivated and quick learner to join our growing team In this fast-track role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, contributing to the automation and improvement of our IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.


    Responsibilities :

    • Assist senior developers in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow applications.
    • Learn and utilize ServiceNow Core Development tools, including scripting languages like JavaScript and GlideScript.
    • Gain experience with configuring UI policies, business rules, and workflows.
    • Observe and participate in ServiceNow integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Server technologies (learning opportunity).
    • Support the analysis of business needs and their translation into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
    • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving ServiceNow issues under the guidance of senior developers.
    • Contribute to maintaining and updating existing ServiceNow applications (learning opportunity).
    • Collaborate with the team to understand requirements and contribute to effective solutions.

    Qualifications :

    • Strong interest in IT service management and automation.
    • Basic understanding of IT concepts and systems.
    • Eagerness to learn and a willingness to be mentored by experienced developers.
    • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team.
