    JobDescription:Weare seeking a qualified Legal Specialist in Mumbai Maharashtra tojoin our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 yearsof experience in contracts and litigation management. As a LegalSpecialist you will be responsible for overseeing contractslitigation matters and real estate transactions within ourorganization.


    Responsibilities:

    1.

    ContractsManagement:
    Designing templates and reviewing all contracts to ensurecompliance and mitigate legalrisks.
    Participating in contract negotiations whenrequired. Providingsignoff to relevant stakeholders before execution ofcontracts. Workingwith Legal Business Partners (LBPs) to ensure compliance withcontractual obligations andrenewals.
    Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) formaintaining contractrepositories.

    2.

    Real EstateManagement:
    Reviewing and negotiating real estaterelated documents such as saledeeds leases andagreements.
    Liaising with external legal counsel for investigation ofmarketable title and ensuring perfection of title to immovableproperties.
    Ensuring compliance with ongoing contractual obligations andrenewals.
    Developing SOPs for maintaining real estate documentrepositories.

    3.

    Group Level LegalMatters:
     Handlingresiduary contracts and legal matters not exclusively related tospecificdepartments.
    Preparing templates reviewing and participating in negotiations forresiduary legalmatters. Ensuringcompliance with contractual obligations andrenewals.
    Developing SOPs for maintaining legal documentrepositories.

    4.

    LitigationManagement:
    Developing and implementing litigation strategies in coordinationwith Group Legal Head and BusinessPartners. Providingadvice and updates on litigation matters toBorosil.
    Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to developlitigation plans.
    Identifying and managing outside legal counsel with guidance fromGroup Legal Head.
    Maintaining a digital repository for all litigationrelateddocuments. Updatinglegal review files and maintaining Litigation MIS on a daily andmonthly basis.
    Preparing annual budgets for litigation costs and legalfees. Ensuringtimely submission of invoices pertaining to litigation to theAccountsdepartment.

    Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in law or relatedfield. Minimum of 4years of experience in contracts and litigationmanagement. Strongunderstanding of contract law and litigationprocedures.
    Excellent negotiation and communicationskills. Ability towork independently and collaboratively in a fastpacedenvironment.
    Proficiency in maintaining digital repositories and using legalmanagementsoftware
