    Position Overview :


    As a Generative AI Specialist, you will play a key role in researching, designing, and developing state-of-the-art generative AI models and applications.

    You will work closely with cross-functional teams to explore novel approaches, implement cutting-edge algorithms, and deliver innovative solutions that drive business impact and enhance user experiences.


    Key Responsibilities :

    • Research and explore the latest advancements in generative AI and NLP techniques, including but not limited to language models, text generation, dialogue systems, and content creation.
    • Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models and algorithms that can generate highquality, coherent, and contextually relevant content.
    • Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers to integrate generative AI capabilities into existing products and platforms.
    • Experiment with different architectures, training methodologies, and optimization techniques to improve the performance and efficiency of generative AI models.
    • Evaluate and benchmark the performance of generative AI models using appropriate metrics and datasets, and iterate on them to achieve desired outcomes.
    • Stay uptodate with the latest research papers, publications, and opensource projects in the field of generative AI and NLP, and contribute to the broader AI community through publications and presentations.
    • Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, define project goals, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
    • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, and actively participate in knowledge sharing and skill development initiatives.

    Required Skills and Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
    • Master's or preferred.
    • 48 years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing, with a focus on generative AI.
    • Strong programming skills in Python, along with experience using deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
    • Solid understanding of generative AI techniques, including variational autoencoders (VAEs), generative adversarial networks (GANs), and transformer models.
    • Experience with NLP libraries and frameworks such as NLTK, spaCy, Transformers, and Hugging Face.
    • Proficiency in training and finetuning pretrained language models, such as GPT, BERT, and T5, for various generative tasks.
    • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and experience with distributed computing and GPU acceleration.
    • Strong problemsolving skills, with the ability to think creatively and analytically to tackle complex challenges.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
    • Proven track record of delivering highquality, innovative solutions in a fastpaced, resultsoriented environment.
