    Outbound Lead Generation Specialist

    Location: JP Nagar Bangalore

    Job Overview: Juego Studio is seeking an experienced and motivated Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to enhance our marketing team's capabilities through cold calling and emails. We are targeting candidates with 2-5 years of relevant experience for a role that is central to our expansion strategy, with a focus on the United States and United Kingdom markets. The successful applicant will be skilled at initiating contact with potential clients, fostering relationships, and paving the way for our sales team to introduce our state-of-the-art services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Develop and execute outbound lead generation strategies tailored to the United States or United Kingdom markets, identifying and targeting potential clients within the gaming and app development industries .

    · Perform cold calling and emailing as primary outreach tactics, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and alignment with our brand identity.

    · Leverage LinkedIn and other social media platforms for prospecting and engaging potential clients through cold calling and emails.

    · Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach tactics based on campaign performance and market feedback.

    · Maintain the CRM database with accurate and up-to-date information on prospects and follow-up actions.

    · Analyse the effectiveness of outbound lead generation efforts, providing reports and insights to guide future strategies.

    Qualifications:

    · 2-5 years of experience in outbound lead generation or sales, preferably with a background in technology, gaming, or similar industries.

    · Familiarity with the United States or United Kingdom markets, including regulatory, cultural, and business practices.

    · Proficient in CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales and marketing tools.

    · Excellent verbal and written communication skills and capable to make cold calling and emails with the ability to negotiate and persuade potential clients effectively.

    · Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    · Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
