    Apparel / Textile Industry:
  • Knowledge of fabrics, trims, patterns and documentation.
  • Knowledge of garment parameters.
  • Understand the common requirements of buyers.
  • Knowledge of common production problems.

Role and responsibilities:


  • Coordinate production, follow up with vendors, and oversee inspections
  • Create production files, including Style Sheets, Tech Packs, Spec Sheets, Measurement charts, Patterns, Artworks, and more.
  • Plan and develop merchandising strategies.
  • Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors, and analysts for negotiation and planning.
  • Supervise sample making, negotiate and confirm prices and orders.
  • Manage endtoend production, ensuring timely execution and quality adherence.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to review and approve samples.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and factories for pricing and schedules.
  • Conduct regular factory visits and inspections for ethical and safety compliance.
  • Oversee production documentation, including purchase orders and shipment schedules.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for efficiency improvement.
  • Travel for vendor or supplier meetings, locally or outstation, when necessary.
  • Creation and maintenance of multiple order related reports on a daily basis.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
