    Description

    HR Executive (Code: IN113)

    VisaPro HR Executive will:

  • Manage recruitment and staffing process including preparing job postings, posting open positions internally and externally, and scheduling interviews
  • Conduct new employee orientation and other training programs as needed
  • Assist in the employee activities and functions to ensure a motivated and enthusiastic staff
  • Keep the India and US Team informed about the progress, changes or any developments in delegated task/project
  • Provide assistance in general administration

    • The ideal candidate should:

  • Possess at least 2-4 years of work experience
  • Have customer service approach and patience with employees
  • Be able to effectively communicate with others (written and oral)
  • Have good follow-up skills
  • Have pleasant phone voice
  • Be proficient in using MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
