    Job Overview

    We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team at Step D. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in helping us grow and expand our business. This is a full-time position based in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Self-motivated and target-oriented
    • Experience in sales or business development is a plus
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software
    • Good understanding of market research and analysis
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and partners
    • Conduct market research to identify potential target markets and industry trends
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients
    • Track and analyze sales performance and market trends
    • Stay updated with industry news and developments to identify new business opportunities
    • Assist in negotiating and closing business deals
    • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
