Job Description :
Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking technology company, is seeking an experienced ASIC Verification Lead with 8 to 15 years of expertise in SOC/IP/block level functional verification. The role encompasses locations in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, and Chennai, offering a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a skilled and Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will possess 8 to 15 years of hands-on experience in SOC/IP/block level functional verification, utilizing System Verilog/UVM.
Proficiency in UVM, advance UVM, and System Verilog is essential.
The successful candidate must have a track record of contributing to the development of test plans, testbench components, verification environments, interface agents, and Scoreboard in UVM.
An understanding of the complete functional verification cycle is a significant advantage.
Key Qualifications :
In-depth knowledge of industry-standard protocols such as Ethernet, PCIe, MIPI, USB, AMBA, or similar.
Strong debugging skills for both RTL and testbench issues, with the ability to address test failures effectively.
Proven experience in verification closure through the successful closure of Coverage and bug reports.
Proficiency in script development and maintenance.
Flexibility to adapt to dynamic customer environments, accommodating runtime changes in schedule, design, etc.
Willingness to take on a leadership role, leading a team of a minimum of 4-5 Engineers.
Availability to work either from the office or customer location, depending on project demands.

The successful candidate will be expected to actively contribute to the dynamic environment of our client's projects. This role requires not only technical expertise but also strong leadership skills to guide and lead a team effectively. The offered budget for this position is competitive, with a total annual package of 65 LPA.
