    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Partnership:

    • Collaborate closely with senior leadership within the wholesale banking division to understand business goals and devise HR strategies that support the achievement of these objectives.
    • Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.

    Talent Acquisition:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce planning initiatives.
    • Collaborate with senior management to understand hiring needs, workforce projections, and talent gaps.

    Employee Relations:

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
    • Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively, ensuring fair and consistent resolution while minimizing legal risks.

    Performance Management:

    • Develop and implement performance management programs to drive a highperformance culture within the wholesale banking division.
    • Partner with business leaders to set performance objectives, conduct performance evaluations, and identify development opportunities for employees.

    Talent Development:

    • Identify skill gaps and development needs within the wholesale banking workforce and collaborate with Learning and Development teams to design and deliver training initiatives.
    • Facilitate career development discussions and succession planning efforts to build a pipeline of talent for key roles.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Work closely with Compensation and Benefits teams to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures for wholesale banking employees.
    • Advise on reward and recognition programs to motivate and retain top talent.

    Change Management:

    • Lead change management initiatives within the wholesale banking division, helping employees navigate organizational changes effectively.
    • Provide guidance on communication strategies and employee engagement efforts during periods of change.

    HR Metrics and Analytics:

    • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, and make datadriven recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Prepare regular reports for senior management on key HR metrics and trends within the wholesale banking division
