Description

We are looking for an HRBP- for the financial service vertical for a subsidiary of a large conglomerate. Anybody who is a 2014, 2015, 2016 or a 2017 pass out with major experience into NBFC, Fintech or Financial Services is eligible to apply. - We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and management, providing strategic HR support and guidance to drive business objectives and enhance organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies and solutions that support the achievement of business goals.

Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on a variety of HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, career development, and organizational change.

Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee retention efforts.

Collaborate with HR colleagues to design and implement policies, programs, and initiatives that promote a positive employee experience and align with company values.

Analyse HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Partner with the HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and mitigate HR-related risks.

Lead or contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed.

- The candidate should preferably be a Tier 2 MBA Pass out.
